报告简介:The canonical seesaw mechanism tells us that the origin of nonzero but tiny masses for the three known neutrino species is subject to the existence of their inaccessible self-interacting counterparts, leading to the Majorana nature of massive neutrinos. In this talk I will first argue why this mechanism is the most natural and economical way to go beyond the standard model and then discuss some of its phenomenological consequences, including the intriguing neutrinoless double-beta decays.
