【报告摘要】

Even though the Transverse Energy-Energy Correlator (TEEC) in Hadronic Collisions was introduced long time ago, the investigation of this observable has been limited so far due to the complication of colored particle production at hadron colliders. In this talk I will talk about our recent work which initiated the study of the TEEC hadron collider event shape.  We derived a factorization formula describing its singular behavior in the back-to-back (dijet) limit, and presented the first results for a dijet event shape at NNLL matched to NLO.

【报告人简介】

李海涛，2015年在北京大学获得理论物理博士学位，从2015年至2017年在澳大利亚蒙纳士大学做博士后，从2017年至今在美国Los Alamos 国家实验室做博士后，并于2018 年获得实验室 Director’s postdoctoral fellow 称号。 主要研究对撞机物理和围绕量子色动力学，以及重离子对撞机上喷注产生的现象学。
