报告摘要：
In the last decade, we have witnessed many breakthroughs in the field of topological phases of matter. In the first part of this talk, I will give a retrospect of this splendid segment of history and review the development of various topological phases of matter, including topological insulators, topological superconductors, as well as topological semimetals. In the second part, I will introduce some recent progress in this field.
报告人简介：
严忠波，2009年于中国科学技术大学获理学学士学位，2015年于中国科学技术大学获理学博士学位，2015-2018年在清华大学高等研究院开展博士后工作。2018年以百人计划副教授加入中山大学物理学院。主要研究方向包括拓扑绝缘体，拓扑超导体，拓扑半金属，周期驱动系统等。
